Price was good. For that you get a weights bench of the basic variety. It came with the bench largely intact and folded in half. Assembly time: 25mins. Pretty sturdy if you have a flat surface. Will overbalance if all you weight is on the seat of the bench exclusively. Yet to see if it rocks when lifting proper weights. Lightweight and easy to carry. The pin for the seat doesn’t go through both holes in the metal support, which may be the build that I got. But, still latches the seat in place (yet to see whether this holds up). Overall, it’s a good addition to the suite of available home gym equipment. At its price, you’d be remis to overlook its value

I can’t imagine a better bench for the money. Ideal for a first bench for anyone getting into training. Sturdy, good quality padding, it comes folded and assembled in the box. So no self assembly needed. Comfortable as well. A bargain!

Off all the cheap benches you can get this one is the best by far.

It's not often I write a review for an amazon product, but I've had this for well over a year now, used it virtually every day, and it's as good and sturdy as the day it arrived. It doesn't wear down, feels solid, is very easy to assemble, and does exactly what it says on the tin. Very recommended.

Not so great finishing. Paints scratching and peeling up by the day as put to use

I am a big man 6' 3 & 16 stone, So I was wary that this would not be up to the task required. It was, It is not ridiculously wide, It doesn't need to be as anybody who who has used a bench in the past knows. Once I figured out how to position myself It was comfortable, you don't feel unsteady when you are on it. Every aspect of this item makes the workout easier as it is easy to assemble and take down. Then the bonus for me was you can store it away easily. So a nice piece of equipment.
