I don’t know the answer to that question. The bottle does state 100% silicone though.

How much did she pour out each time wht, gold etc did she put any oil silicone in it

I didn't use this after a few tries. Was too watery and the colors bled, causing ruined paintings. Even tried with a couple drops of silicone oil, with the same results.

Does this have silicone already added to it?

previous answer said it had oil added. However, I have not come across any that already had the oil, if you are talking oil that gives you cells, in it. And this says it gives you a bottle of oil with the paint so I doubt the paint has any oil in it.
