This blanket I ordered specifically because it's not a full body blanket. It's more of a chair throw that warms the lower half of your body. I put it underneath my comforter so that I could slide my feet underneath and my legs. It heats up quickly and is very soft. For the price which is one of the reasons I ordered it, I would definitely recommend it. I did not care about the color because it's not seen, and honestly I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have cared about the color anyway. My senior dog likes to lay on it or under it depending and it keeps her warm when I'm not in bed with her. It's the perfect size for a crate if you don't have a dog that chews up his blankets.

Bought these for my 2 boys as Midwest winters get awfully cold! Living in an older 2 story, the upstairs bedrooms can also get quite drafty. They love sleeping with them and literally drag them all through the house to settle wherever they are sitting. The material itself is extremely soft and feels so comfortable. The automatic shutoff is a great feature so you have one less thing to worry about.

The first one I received award to have been used. The package was opened, it didn’t even fit properly in the original box and it felt tacky. I nobody returned it and got another one exactly the same. This one at first didn’t heat well and in the right side barely heated at all. I was going to return it, but I spilled my drink on it and sinceI now had to keep it, I washed it, and after following the instructions on how to wash and dry, this morning I plugged it in and OMGosh, I don’t know what happened, but now the entire blanket heats up!! So much so, even my little girl loves the warmth I love the way it feels. It’s soft and perfect for me to curl up under it. It’s thin enough to not be too hot and uncomfortable at whatever temperature you use, and I like earthy tones so this is perfect for me. I recommend this throw blanket, but not highly. Only because of what happened (the spilled drink) and that I had to wash it before it completely 100% worked.

I’m happy with this blanket however this is my second one. I was happy with my first one until I had to launder it. I followed the instructions perfectly but after it dried it no longer worked. I’m definitely not sure if I should launder this one. I can’t continue to keep buying a new one. This is my last one so hopefully it will work after being laundered.

I got this blanket to drape on myself when sitting at the computer for long periods of time. And I don't want to run the heater all the time as a heating blanket is much more power friendly. Blanket is soft. However, the temperature is not consistent. Sometimes it heats up well. And other times it seems like it barely heats up at all. And this is for all settings. I can put it all the way to 6 and it barely gets warm sometimes, and sometimes it gets too warm. This is operating it in the same conditions every time. But, still, it's a pretty good deal considering the price. I haven't tried to wash it yet, so I cannot attest to how well it will hold up to washing.
