Hello, friend It's standard 4mm x 1mm.

Q: Does anyone know where to get the pinout for these?

If you look at the pins, the pins that are aligned with each other is a 10Kohm resistance band, and then the one next to it is the (wiper)slide resistance that will change when the pot moves up and down, so the pot is basically that x2, its a stereo pot, and you can use stereo in a mono ones place if you wanted to know. Let me know if you don't understand my description then i can draw it for you :D
