no tengo problema con el producto. es DHL quien se encargó de hacer la entrega, y me llegó con un gran golpe. demoró mas de lo previsto y no se qué pudo ocasionar ese gran golpe, es acero inoxidable muy duro. y ahora tengo que esperar mas de un mes para todo el trámite de devolución

This dehydrator is VERY nice! it spacious, adjustable and works like a charm. Well built andeasy to work.

09-23-2023 A Quick Update: Due to stock shortage it took a bit long for Cosori to ship the replacement machine (the customer services did keep me informed about the delay.) I’m glad to report that the new machine has finally been delivered to me a couple of days ago. Yesterday I did the burn-in process at 165 F. Measurement with the oven bimetal thermometer at this setting showed that the new machine reached the desired temperature, and my instant read digital thermocouple probe meter showed the highest (instant) reading at 174 F, while the old machine barely reached 155 F at this setting. Because of this and the excellent support from Cosori customer services -the company really stands behind its product- I have changed my initial one-star rating to five-star. Will follow-up with a more detail testing at other temp settings. ---------------------------- *Original Review: “Actual temperatures were off by about 10 to almost 15 degrees Fahrenheit!” I got my 10-trays version dehydrator delivered from Amazon on July 10, 2023. I did the burn-in procedure, and then proceeded to test the machine at different temperature settings using two thermometers; a standard dial type oven thermometer and a digital probe thermometer. To my disappointment, the actual temperatures were consistently lower than the set temperatures by about 10 to almost 15 degrees F throughout the range from the lowest to the highest temperature settings. I emailed Cosori and got a reply from Chad the next day (bravo to the customer service’s prompt email response). Chad told me to reset the machine by holding the "+" and "-" buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds, and then try using the machine again. I was able to get the dehydrator reset and it displayed the version number C226. I re-tested the machine afterward and found that the reset didn't actually fix the temperature inaccuracy problem. I know generally we could compensate for the inaccuracy by setting the temp either higher or lower to achieve the desired actual temp. In this case however there's no way to compensate if we need to dehydrate in the 155 to 165 range, because when the temperature was set at 165, the highest setting possible, the actual temp only reached 153-154. I emailed Chad at Cosori, along with pictures of the thermometer readings at different settings, to let him know that the problem still unfixed even after the machine was reset. Chad said that since it’s covered by the warranty, Cosori will provide me with a replacement. The next email from Chad informed me that he had submitted a request for a new dehydrator, sound encouraging! But the next day Chad emailed again saying that after checking with the warehouse, the item is currently out of stock and expecting them to be available again within the next month. I had high expectation for this dehydrator based on the high mark from Amazon customers’ reviews. Unfortunately I happened to get an outlier (!?) Now I have to wait for the replacement from Cosori. Chad submitted the request for a new replacement for me on August 1st and put me on the wait-list. Today is already August 15. Hope that the company will honor their promise and the new dehydrator will come soon. Will update of the situation.

I finally used this to make 30 pounds of jerky. It worked very well and cooked evenly. So far, I think its great! My only "complaint" is that when I opened the very neatly packed machine, the top was dented, which must have come from the factory.
