Is it made of plastic of actual plant-based material? (It says wicker, but that's a method of weaving, not a material)

How sturdy and flat is the base. I want to use for bathroom toiletries and in the current container that I’m using the bottles etc., keep falling over

I use mine for the same thing and yes they fall over. The bottom is wicker same as the rest of the basket so it's uneven. I like the baskets though and have made my own lining. I'm going to just cut a piece of board to put in the bottom and then everything will stand up fine.

Can i wash the white sheet that is in it?

I hàve only sprayed it with a spray cleaner, have not tried to wash it. Seems to stay pretty clean, not sure if it has some sort of treatment on it. Extremely good baskets.

You can but it depends which type of t shirt you willing to put inside if it is summer t shirt it will fit but winter thicker t-shirt can not fit
