As a Vine Reviewer, I take my role seriously and always give an honest and accurate report of my findings. But then we enter the minefield world of supplements - which proves a tad trickier. All the supplements I have ever taken need a good 'bedding-in' period, giving them the time to get into your system and begin to work their magic. In my experience, this can normally take at least a month. I have now finished my 2-week bottle of this product and here are my thoughts: Firstly, the taste of this gloopy syrup is wonderful. It's a little sweet, but smoothly slides down and almost forces you to believe it's doing good. My hair is already very thick - so nothing to say about any improvement. My skin...this is tricky. I have been taking collagen capsules off and on for years and only notice the difference when I stop taking them. If I do the squinty-eyed thing, perhaps I do notice a minimal improvement in my skin (I switched straight from the capsules to this product, so the syrup could have boosted their effects). As for my nails...they have gone mad! They have grown and strengthened and in doing so, provide some evidence that this product is effective. In summary - this is an easy-to-take (and pleasant taking) product which has shown signs of promise after two weeks. If the price point is within your reach, I would suggest scooping up a few months supply of bottles to realise its full benefits.

Despite this, I did notice some improvements in my skin texture, which suggests the supplement might be effective over the long term. Currently, it's at a -50% discount (£12.49) which is much closer to what I would happily pay for this in the future. In summary, the Known Nutrition Advanced Collagen Supplement offers a powerful blend for overall health, but the high cost might deter budget-conscious buyers. If you're willing to splurge for a premium collagen experience, this supplement might be worth considering.

Too early to comment on its effectiveness, but the taste is awful. It is a very thick consistency, so difficult to swallow (thicker than e.g. cough syrup). I’m going to try watering it down a bit to see if that makes it more pleasant to take. Even having a coffee straight after and then cleaning teeth doesn’t mask the after-taste. I have bought two bottles and will persevere, but I’ll need to see significant benefits to convince me to reorder. Good packaging and excellent delivery speed.

I am a regular user of collagen supplements and I have tried a few liquid collagen supplements prior to this one, too. I haven't been using this liquid collagen supplement for its full term yet, but early impressions are very favourable. This is ideal for anyone who has issues with (or simply doesn't like) taking more conventional capsules. The berry flavour is quite sharp, but certainly not unpleasant. The bottle contains 14x15ml doses, so at the current price of £24.99 that works out at £1.79 per day. This is quite a bit more expensive than similarly packaged liquid collagen supplements I have tried previously, which have tended to come in at around the £1.00 per day mark. This supplement contains marine collagen rather than that sourced from other four-legged animals. Animal sourced collagen can sometimes cause digestive system issues for certain people, so this may be an additional positive factor to consider. Overall, this is a good quality product, but not necessarily the best value option. I hope you find these comments helpful.

I have tried many forms of collagen over the past few months, and this is a fairly nice one! For marine collagen, it has none of that nasty fishy/damp smell to it. I have tried capsules and powder and both tend to put me off with their smell and aftertaste, but this is actually quite nice! Not amazing, but not too bad. The recommended dose is 15ml, so I use a 5ml medicine spoon and take three spoons. This does mean that there are only two weeks of servings (14 days). Making it a very expensive collagen product. For comparative purposes, I have used a different marine collagen product, a powder which has double the dose (10000mg) and had 30 servings for half the price!! For that reason, I would always shop around for more competitive prices. Having said that, I do like this product, it's a good quick form of taking collagen without the nasty aftertaste. And in this product there are added vitamins to support skin and flaxseed oil which is good for skin and heart health.
