I love that this is extra long so I can extend out my arms and legs when I am doing ab workouts or stretching, etc. I like the texture of the mat and the thickness. Thicker than a normal exercise mat and very supportive.

Well worth the Money. There are cheaper one out there but they suck I should bought this one first it would have saved me money.

It’s thicker than most yoga/exercise mats but it’s the high density that makes this one perfect for those with existing spinal or vertebrae damage or issues. I waited a few weeks to ensure it wouldn’t stay compressed or become permanently squished. One side has little ridges so there’s no slipping or sliding even on wood/tile floors, the only thing I would mention is that upon unwrapping- this thing is stinky, as most foam things do initially. I aired it outside for the afternoon to deal with the worst of it and in a couple days all was good so if you’re even thinking of this mat, just go ahead and put it in your cart..

Just like the matts at the gym. Great for home but too heavy for road trips.

This mat is extremely bulky and thick. I had to return it. Make sure that you keep your box for the return as it is an oversized item and can’t be returned without a box.

I first found this mat via the SPRI website but purchased from Amazon because it was cheaper! I love this mat for high intensity workouts, planks, push ups, ab workouts, etc. I've has this mat for about a week and have used it both on carpet indoors and outside on the porch and it's held up very well! It doesn't get slippery when I sweat and provides great support when you're on your hands or elbows / knees because of the thickness. On the other hand I wouldn't recommend this mat for traveling because of the thickness and size, it's very hard to roll up and you would have to place some sort of belt around it to make it stay that way! Also due to the amount of cushion I think this mat would not be suitable for yoga, it's hard to balance when your feet start sinking in.

Most comfortable mat I've worked out on. Comparable to nice high end studio mats such as Orange Theory. I use this outdoors for group fitness; not sure how it will hold up as its not specified for outdoor use. I have a large gymnastics workout mat that I use indoors that I love. This will not work for a yoga mat, too thick & doesn't have the right grip. For Yoga I like the 1/2 inch Gaiam mats.

I have a spri mat that I absolutely love so I wanted to get a second one. I made the mistake of buying this one thinking that it was just bigger than my old one. This one is firm and has ridges throughout it. Maybe some people like it better, but I do not at all. It’s not as comfortable and my sweaty body slides all over it. I wish I had bought my old one again. It is great quality, but not good for my needs. My mistake.

This mat was a great choice. Was a gift for my boyfriend to do his workouts at home during this COVID quarantine. He did not want to damage his wooden floors and was grateful to be able to do his high impact workout on this amazing mat over his wooden floor.It can take a lot of weight and workouts like jumping jacks too. We have had it for a couple weeks now and it has become a staple at home and pleasantly aids our hard workouts without any damages. Great product!
