Forget the bad press about these patches. Place on your feet half an hour before bed and feel as the pad slowly warms, helped by your bed sheets and body heat. When the patches are warm they are working. I slept for a straight seven hours then awoke feeling refreshed and alert the next day. Remove the pads and wash the residue (like mild damp) off the bottoms of your feet and you're good to go. My sleep was undisturbed and better and I felt better in the morning. I shall order these again. Also, one thing to remember, the cheaper versions have poor adhesive patches and this means you have to use sellotape or something to keep them on all night. These patches are more expensive, but the stick is much better and they don't move.

I bought this product after seeing it in a local beauty salon - it is definitely cheaper to buy it on Amazon. I must admit it is amazing the difference you see when you have used the product over a number of days - originally the first few nights the patches came off as a dark colour and progressively it got lighter over the next few nights. I perhaps need to try them a little longer to see the full benefits but I definitely had more energy after using them for 2 weeks.

Having used the Bodytox patches for the second time in a year - what still amazes me is that my energy levels and whole body have really improved. I have a lot more energy, my body feels strong and my mind is really clear and focused.The patches really do work and having completed 10 days course last time -I only needed 5 days this time round.Everyone should try Bodytox for a total detox, a great pick me up and see the process work on a daily basis.

Initially found foot patches fiddly and difficult to apply. This was due to the removal of each patch from its cellophane wrapper which required the use of scissors. Then The patch has to be applied to the securing material which has to be peeled back whilst placing the patch in the centre to ensure adequate adhesion to the foot. Frequently the patches did not remain in position. I am doubtful on their health attributes because the patches remained black after every use. I found that that the 'blackness' reduced over the week

I had some from a friend. Then ordered some foot patches sold by Simply Gorgeous Direct on Amerzon I never received them. Good service, quick delivery and product lived up to my expectations. Only criticism is that the pads could be slightly bigger for better coverage of each area of the foot. Fairly expensive to use for any long period of time for initial detox but good to use every so often.

Product seems to be worthwhile with visible initial results.
