Not as advertised!
This claims to have 80g of protien but it's actually only 63g per serving and a serving size is 5 scoops (not one)! I like this brand but it's very misleading!

Mixes well flavor not so good
Carbs are essential for growth and protein absorption. You need the right amount. Most gainers have way too much. This is proportionate for most natty builders. The inulin fiber helps body absorb carbs and the enzymes help make the protein more bioavailable. The enzymes can cause stomach discomfort for some people. My muscles are full with this product. Great for post and pre workout.
