No, the shirts aren’t stretchy. I have the black and maroon, they are crushed velvet with very slight give. The white one is thin polyester material with no stretch at all.

I am quite near your size. I ordered a small since all of my tshirts, blouses and sweaters are small. This small is HUGE, must have been mis-labeled. But it feels quite cheap. I don't like anything about it and suggest you don't buy.
