I like these knee pads.they are great for racquetball and active play. They protect both knees and clothing when sliding, offering lightweight, soft padding without restricting movement. Comfortable and well-fitting, they reduce pain effectively. While not as durable as hard pads, they provide solid value and performance for moderate-impact activities.

These might be sports pads but I wear them under my trousers for work as I spend a lot of time kneeling down. Great for that and no more knee problems. Great fit good quality and right thickness.

Great for playing volleyball but looks a low quality material which I can’t fault looking at the price .
