Full disclosure: they’ve only been down for a few days so far. Will report back in a few months. I looked at a LOT of reviews and bought several different tiles before I found these. The reviews that say they don’t stick- are you removing the plastic on the back? These stick just fine. I applied them on top of an existing vinyl tile and they stick well. You have a few seconds to reposition if needed, but they fit together really well and hold down. If the floor under is uneven or dirty you might have problems. Also these are not thin. You need a straight edge and a strong arm but they cut well. Zero issues with cracking. They’re so thick and pretty flexible that I can’t see how they would crack. Reading reviews that they crack when cut make me think that those people reviewed the wrong tile. We also noticed they ARE cut straight. I think there was only one that seemed like it might not be straight. I was going for a checker board but I didn’t want stark black. These are really dark- like soapstone dark. They have a mat finish with a little bit of texture. They’re not cheap so I expect them to last. Including a before and after. TLDR; these are solid. Would recommend.

I Need to buy more, bought the first one as a tester! Really gave my bathroom a new look. It's easy to install , the color was perfect as described. The adhesive quality 10/10. Great for its use
