I put this in my coffee and blend it up, seems to fill me up more

No real smell at all and the taste is neutral. It dissolves easily into my morning tea. My appetite is suppressed for over 5 hours. Easy to use and I feel very effective in assisting me with my health goals.

العبوة وصلت مفتوحة وغطاء الأمان مفتوح والكيس فيه زيت والزجاجة كمان عليها زيت بصراحة شكيت انه يكون الزيت الاصلي مستبدل باي شيء ثاني وخايفه استخدم المنتج . وللاسف ارجاع المنتج مرفوض .

The product is very good.However, the seal was broken and the oil leaked into the packet. I did not return because I needed it on an urgent basis..
