Bought this last year. Fabulous! Works well and will never go back to tap or bottled water.Have had this for nearly 3 years and still going well

Water tastes great, and works relatively quickly. Build questionable.
On the class flask, the handle is hard to get sturdy.Nuts need tightening constantly.It can hardly take the weight.A warning should be put on the glass flask to not twist the metal top. Its in the instructions, but I took the flask out first, and twisted what I thought was a screw lid. There was movement but managed to retrieve it.
