Not for heavy use
These are cheap and effective. They can get into small spaces and do a nice job, but if you put too much pressure they will burn out quickly. I'm happy with them for cleaning and surface prep. They are not for grinding, removing material or heavy rust. You get a ton of them and they're easy to change out when they get worn. I use them in a die grinder doing antique auto restoration.

Rate Highly All Around
These are exactly what I needed to get into small spaces not possible with 3M pads on a die grinder. I have used them on all sorts of steel.Found them to be a great value and well made. These pads (of any size) do wear out as they are used; it's the nature of the material. They can't be used super aggressively or that material can wear down or break off. It's important to let the pad do the work and be patient. They are designed to not be as aggressive as grit abrasives so they don't do damage. Will be using more and ordering periodically. Good product.

Less effort
They work well on hard to reach places using a dremel. With mothers aluminum polish I used them to clean aluminum rims that has holes in them they shined up like Chrome, let the pad do the work with out alot of pressure applied, They wear down quick. So if you have a bigger job order the most you can get

Effective, not so long lasting.
They don't last long so it's good they come in this bulk pack. They were a lifesaver for redoing the brass on my boat. I went through about half of these for a 27 foot sailboat that has quite a bit of brass on it.

Mostly good - buy the biggest package
For the most part, these abrasive pads will do the job you ask of them. However, you should be aware:1. Occasionally you may find the mandrels are not standard diameter and they will slip in the chuck, no matter what size collet you use - the big ones will be too big and won't grip the collet, the smaller ones won't even accept the mandrel. I wound up putting a little piece of duct tape on the mandrel to give it enough "grip" to spin the wheel.2. The abrasive wheels are held onto the mandrel by a riveted stamped hub, and sometimes the wheels loosen and the mandrel spins but the wheel doesn't.3. The wheels wear kind of fast, but they're inexpensive so that's not an insurmountable problem.Overall these are okay, and the price is right.Picture is a carbon steel hammered wok after using the wheels to strip rust and jacked old seasoning from the metal before reseasoning it for use. You can see what a great job the abrasive wheels did, and in very little time.

Great item for my jewelry projects
I reordered these because they work how I want them to. The different grits are great. I can get my projects smooth and polished how I want. They are easy to use, great quality, and durable for my small projects.

Well made with a good selection of grits
I'm very happy with these. What attracted me to this seller was their option for 50 pieces at an excellent price. Many other vendors seem to be selling the exact same same thing, but at a higher price. And 50 (10 of each grit) is plenty for my needs. I've only used one of them so far, but it worked perfectly and they seem well made.A side note: I have seen multiple reviews for this and similar products that mention the wheels wearing out quickly. Even though I have only used a single wheel so far, it shows minimal signs of wear. Which leads me to wonder if some are using these for grinding / sanding whereas they are specifically designed for buffing and polishing. Maybe my use case isn't typical, I don't know. Regardless, for the price per wheel, these are an excellent choice even if they don’t last long.

Works pretty good
I purchased these to polish the aluminum on my old Ford Falcon. I was having a hard time getting the old finish off and thought I would give these a shot... They worked Perfect! They are a little short lived and wear out fairly quickly, but I expected that for the price. No complaints on how they work.My complaint is that they all come stuffed in one bag. That's fine for most people, but I am color blind... I could NOT tell the difference from one grit to another on most of them. I ended up having a friend separate them into different containers and labeling them so I would know what they are. Since they were made individually and counted by someone, it wouldn't have been that hard to separate them before shipping. That was the 5th star!I do recommend these for use, but only if you can tell which one is which.I will most likely purchase these again should the need arise.
