This is great for after a workout. I sweat a lot regardless of how long I workout but u don’t have time to shower again after every workout, so this is helpful along with the Dude bath wipes to get clean after a workout.

This no rinse body spray has a pleasant and refreshing fragrance. For times when I just need to quickly freshen up, I just spray a little on my skin in different areas. It does leave a slightly tacky and sticky residue, so I’ve been using a damp disposable towel to wipe it off. My skin feels a little moisturized after using it, and I think it does a fairly decent job of eliminating odor. However, I’ve discovered it’s no replacement for underarm deodorant, but I usually reapply that throughout the day as needed anyway. This would be a nice item to take along when traveling or on long road trips. I plan on using it to freshen up after exercise, when there isn’t time to shower before moving on to the next activity. It’s a very convenient product, and it smells nice. I’m enjoying it so far, and I think it’s a relatively decent value.

After using it a couple times, i never feel 'clean' afterwards like a standard shower. I wouldn't advise this unless you really had to use it.

I'm driving not used a product like this before I decided to start it out with a tougher than average test. I used it on my stinky feet. It's okay, not as good as a full soap and water wash but certainly better than nothing at all.The spray is easy to apply and easy to wipe off. It has a pleasant almost cedar type smell to it, that I couldn't quite exactly place. Maybe cedar and mint? After you've wiped it off the scent does change a little and becomes more of a neutral-clean smell. Certainly faster and easier and more convenient than trying to wash my feet in a half bath LOL.Great for those times you don't have ready access to a shower but you need to remove some body funk. I recommend this product, it's worked well for me so far.

This is a great spray, especially after a cardio workout. I used this after a Zumba workout and for once I felt refreshed in a matter of a few sprays. It smells great and feels great and I am a type of sweats so much and this was the best thing I have gotten. I love to go out and do group zumba but the amount of sweat I get makes me embarrassed because I stink so bad. This was exactly what I needed and I even sprayed it before I even started my workout to keep me fresh while I workout. Very easy to apply and very easy to use.

It's really unfortunate that this is such a small bottle yet too big to be travel sized. This would be perfect for anyone traveling and maybe sometimes don't have access to a proper shower or whatever situation they may be in. You can think of this as the dry shampoo for the body. It certainly has that dry shampoo smell. As convenient as this product is, it leaves a film and slight stickiness on your skin which icks me out and makes me less likely to use it. But I suppose this is only used for when it's last resort and your other option is between this and no showering.
