Continued Use/Customer Support
This product has become a near-necessity in my life. I sleep hot very frequently, and I have found I sleep much better with it running. It gets very cool very fast, and stays cool all night long as long as it has been filled. I haven’t had any issues with leakage over my time of using it, it has a noise while running, but after about a week or so, it’s like a white noise machine and doesn’t bother me anymore, and the main bits of the machine are very durable. The one bit of advice I have is to use the recommended water in the instructions. If you don’t, slimy residue will build up over time, and lessen the cooling affect over time. It’s not the end of the world though, as I have cleaned it out by running some 1/1 vinegar water ratio through the lines, letting it sit for an hour, and then dumping it with the attached water release stub thing on the bottom. I did have to use customer support and it was fast. Like freaky fast. As in I talked to someone and within 10 minutes (this was over their text support line, https://neataquapad.com/contact-us/), I got a new main unit sent to my house. The main unit had to be replaced because of a faulty USB C port being worn over time, not because of a fan, pump, or other issues you might think it would be. Overall, I would buy this again in a heart beat. The deal is better than most other products I’ve seen, the cooling affect is really good, it’s reliable, and while filling this machine every 1 to 2 days is a bit annoying, it doesn’t take too much water (1-2 water bottles) to get it back to full. It takes like 3-4 water bottles from complete empty to fill it up. Anyways, thanks for reading my Ted talk about this product, have a good day.

Sprung a leak after 4 months of use.
The pad sprung a leak, after 4 months of use. I love this product, it was excellent while it worked, easy to use and it really cooled me off. It works so well that it gets too cold! Even when it is really hot. But I cannot afford to buy one every 4 months.

Aquapad works as advertised
I really do like this product. It was easy to assemble. The idea is really good. Aqua pad is as advertised. Fairly comfortable to sleep on. I find the value for the money to be about average. This product could be a little cheaper price point. I found that at the highest fan setting, it was too chilly for me, which is great because summer season hasn't started yet. I don't sleep directly on the pad, I have it covered with a towel. The aqua pad did not leak at all. I made sure that the attachments were securely fit in the appropriate areas. There's slight noise that comes from the fan on the highest setting. I did not find this objectionable at all, but some other reviewers disagree. As for my experience, I could barely hear it. The pad does not easily puncture, but if you have a dog that's very heavy, that tries to get up while on it, there is a risk of puncture. I had this happen to me and my remedy was to use wetsuit glue to patch the puncture. This of course is not the manufacturer's fault, and completely on me. But accidents will happen, so if anyone else runs into a problem and your pad gets punctured, that would be the remedy. Just follow the instructions using the wetsuit glue, and make sure the curing time is at least 24 hours before you refill it with water. I'd say, that overall, this is a pretty good product. I've only had it for a couple of days, we'll see what happens over the next year.

This FL girl really loves this product!
I have had so many family members get the bed, Jets or the bed fans that go under the sheets at the end of the bed. My close family members love those, but I have three large dogs that most nights I have one or two on my bed. Thus, those bed jets would not work. I got this a little skeptical, but I love Amazon’s return policy so figured I’d give it a go. Previous reviews mentioned the smell. That didn’t bother me to the extent it did the others. I laid it outside in the sun for a little bit to get the wrinkles out and put it under my sheet. This will run really cold under your sheet. As other reviews have mentioned, it feels similar to laying on a waterbed for those of us to remember what that felt like..they could sometimes get really cold. So down here in Central, Florida when the heat wave got crazy last week, and our AC went out, this was a godsend, and worked perfectly. The textured pad may take some time to get used to, and it can get wrinkled under your sheet after a night of sleeping on it. I simply make my bed every day and straightened it. I found once our AC got working, it was starting to feel a little too chilly for me. Which was great…until I was too cold. 🤣 For the first few nights, this was remedied by my dogs, who made little hot spots when sleeping on the other side of the bed to which I made them switch sides with me around 3am so I could warm up. You can choose a lower setting on the machine, but I don’t know that does much. Since then, I decided to try and see if I could feel the “chill” I was getting at a more subtle temperature by putting it under my mattress pad and my sheet. I’m happy to report, at least for the first few nights it seems to be working perfectly, and keeping me at just the right temp. I do not have a really thick mattress pad. The only things that frustrate me about this close to perfect product is that the lights on the machine don’t tell you much. The remote works great, except the extreme cooling function button when pushed doesn’t light anything up on the machine. So you are unaware if you’ve engaged that function or not. So you just have to push the button and wait to see if it gets cold or not. Adding water isn’t too much of a big deal, except getting the top off to add water is more difficult than it should be. I never fully put it back down because it’s always so hard to get back up. The hose needs to be longer, but I’m planning on taking it to Home Depot to see if I can go get some similar and make it longer. I also got additional parts that I have no idea what they were for and they were not indicated in the instructions. They seem to be some sort of filter for the water, but I didn’t use them in the end.

The unit is powered by 5v 2amp USB A, so any old Samsung phone charger will do the trick. It has 3 fans speeds and uses evaporative cooling to cool the water, the mat has no securing straps so consider also getting a thin bed topper to put over it.
