Five stars for the glasses. They are a good weight and nice to hold, with a nice looking pattern in the glass. Zero stars for the shipping, five stars for customer service. My first box of 16 arrived with one broken glass and was replaced quickly by Amazon, but the second shipment arrived with a broken glass as well. Because the replacement came so quickly, before I could get to UPS to return the first box, I was able to swap the two broken glasses with intact glasses and am returning a complete box of 16 with two broken glasses. Thank you Amazon for the quick turnaround. The problem, however, is not with the glasses but the way they are shipped. They come in a partitioned box from the manufacturer, but are placed inside the Amazon shipping box with only one thin piece of brown packing paper, so they are free to slide around inside of it. Amazon also does not indicate "Fragile" anywhere on the outside of their shipping box. Either the manufacturer needs to package the glasses in a much sturdier box or Amazon needs to insulate the shipping box better?

I absolutely love my new glasses! They are the perfect size and the perfect thickness, and I love the little design on them which helps when holding it because it helps you hold a secure grip. I accidentally dropped one the other day on my living room floor, which has a thin area rug, and it did not break, or chip. I am definitely going to order another set. You cannot go wrong. They are very beautiful, sturdy, well-made!

A solid set of glasses with a value price. No defects in the glass and all sit level (I've had this problem with other glass sets). A nice thickness: Not too fragile, but not looking like a restaurant glass. I've only had them for two months. A couple got knocked over without damage. I wouldn't expect them to survive a drop on tile or wood floors, though.

I searched for glasses for weeks before choosing. I wasn't very impressed with the options out there, honestly, and finally settled on these. Like many reviewers, I just think these would be so much better if the ripples in the glass were on the outside. I can't figure out why they would choose to make them this way (ripples inside). They still look nice and I like them well enough to keep them. They are average in terms of weight and sturdiness. I ordered two sets and one arrived with a badly chipped rim, which is not at all surprising given the way they are packaged. They are 4 to a box, with built-in cardboard dividers between glasses. The problem is that the dividers don't extend up to the full height of the glass, so the rims (the widest part) have no padding between and easily clank against each other. This is moronic packaging design and I'm actually surprised that only one glass was broken. The return process was easy and fast. One pleasant surprise for one who has limited cupboard space...these glasses seem like they nest into each other fairly well. It is generally recommended that you don't stack glassware, but these seem like they will stack fairly safely. The fact that the glass is not smooth seems to keep them from fitting too tightly against one another and getting stuck.

I’m very happy with these glasses they are dishwasher safe. Nice looking good durability and a great size. I will say that when the first set arrived one glass was broken I contacted customer support and they sent one out immediately it arrived in less than a week. I’m very content with the glassware

This is a split review and goes as follows: 1/5* for Shipping & Handling 5/5* for Quality and Value I’ll start with the positives: The cups are actually a very nice quality, and look exactly like the photo in the product listing. They have a relatively thick glass, and a nice modern appearance. They seem relatively well-made and are a good value for the price. HOWEVER!! The negatives: There’s really only one negative, but it’s quite a large negative. The packaging for this product is extremely lacking. The cups come stacked in a box in two layers, and the only protection in the box to prevent the glass from hitting each other is some very thin and flimsy cardboard. There is no other protection or padding of any sort in the box. I’m not entirely sure who packaged the manufacturers box into the Amazon box, but there was no padding or bubble wrap in the Amazon box either. I’m not entirely sure who to blame for that one. So I actually had to order this product twice, technically. I ordered the first set, and when I went to open the box, there were glass shards all over and glass dust all over the inside of the Amazon box. It sounded like every single glass in the box had been shattered. I promptly put in for a replacement on Amazon, and to their credit, they had another box at my doorstep within two days. But again, there was no padding or bubblewrap anywhere in the Amazon box. There was nothing to prevent the glassware from being jostled around. Not to mention, There was no indicator on the outside of the box that would let the shipping crew or driver know that the contents were extremely fragile. No stickers, no “This way up”, No nothing. Again, whoever is to blame for that, I am not sure, but the second box never had any hope of arriving without broken glassware anyway. The manufacturers box was packaged sideways in the Amazon box, so any hope of it arriving in one piece, went out the window. Despite all of that, I ended up keeping the second set of glassware. I had actually chosen this set because I only had room for six glasses in my cabinet, and had intended on keeping the other four as backups for when the other glassware inevitably got broken. The second set that I had received only had one broken glass, and the rest were fully intact, so I decided to keep this one. I will just have one less back up already. In conclusion: In terms of a recommendation, I’m on the fence. Do I recommend this product? The answer is… Maybe. It really depends on your situation. If you were intent in buying this product is to immediately stock your shelves with 16 new pieces of glassware, I would probably give this a pass. The quality of the packaging just isn’t consistent enough to give this a wholehearted recommendation. You are probably better off getting a set of glassware from a local store so that way you can inspect the quality before you purchase. If you are one of the lucky purchasers to get a full set of glassware that did not break in transit, this is absolutely a great buy. But if you’re intention is like mine, and you expected to have extra glassware in case other ones break in the future, I think your probably fine in purchasing this, knowing full well that at least one or two will probably be broken. Even as a set of 12 or 14, the value for this glassware is still very good.

These glasses are great. They look nice in our kitchen, and they feel way more grown up than the plastic ones we had in our apartment. They’re totally dishwasher safe, which I love. They’re the right size, and they fit well in your hand. I would totally recommend these glasses.

I love these glasses! They are substantial in weight and the all-over design is very very nice. I have a habit of breaking drinking glasses but I've had these for several months and haven't broken one because they are the opposite of flimsy. They were a great buy!
