Do the necklaces clang together when rolled up?

I did not notice them clanging when I rolled it up. I traveled with 6 necklaces, two bracelets, and 6 pairs of earrings. Some of my necklaces chains were long. That wasn’t a problem. I carried this in my purse on the airplane and back again. Everything was just fine.

will this storage bag prevent tarnishing ?

Depends on the metal.. Gold seems to only tarnish when (and this comes from 25 years experience in the jewelry business) exposed to perfume. Otherwise 10-14-18-22kt shouldn’t tarnish. Silver oxidizes so exposure to air or water will tarnish it. This will keep it somewhat from tarnishing but it’s not specifically chemically treated to avoid tarnish
