Don’t think twice. This is it!
Don't think twice, get this machine! It's the best balance of price and quality. Easy to assemble, powerful, and elegant piece of equipment. Most importantly, it will get the job done, no sweat. You will have to pay a lot more to get a 13.5 AMPs equivalent, and you really need this power to tackle the tough consolidated soil and stubborn weeds, and this machine delivers. When you're done, use common sense for basic maintenance: these are some hints: 1- Before you start working on your lot, don’t water it for at least 3 days before starting your project, this will leave the soil dry, it will protect your machine and make it much more easier to cultivate your soil. 2- When you are done working, don't leave it moist, avoid washing it because water may leak into your motor. Instead, clean the blades with a brush and rag before storing it. 3- Keep an eye out for weeds wrapping around the blades, and stop to remove them as needed - don't overload the motor!

This smaller device is replacing a huge gas powered monster. Great results for years to come.
For my needs this had to be durable, functional, very small and easy to move around. It would cause very serious issues this were to dig too deep. No issues with dig depth or anything. This is strong and perfect for my needs at the campground.

Little powerhouse!
I have to say that I was skeptical and went for this model, It is one powerful little tiller. did everything I wanted and then some. I tilled in an area that had a lot of roots from years of plants, flowers, even grass that was in the area I wanted to revive. It did its job, but you have to expect every 10 minutes to clear the wound up roots in between the tines. You can damage this tiller if you do not clear out the wound up roots, that can be a real pain at times. However this was expected, as even the big boy tiller has the problem too. The only product fix I did to this is to drill four holes to put in small bolts and nuts to secure the handles. How it comes out of the box and put together the handles come loose and kept on tightning them by hand. I got tired of that and did a fix and it works great! Really not a problem doing this at all. Even with this minor problem this really suprised me and would tell my friends about this. Always use the 12 gauge 50 ft extension cord and no less. I have a 10 gauge if I wanted to go over 75 ft. just as a precaution. You will not be disappointed with this little powerhouse, and I would purchase again.

Decent tiller for light jobs.
We've had alot of rain, so it's been 2 weeks since this tiller arrived. The instructions and parts aren't numbered specifically so that could be improved, but there's only 2 bolts & 4 black fasteners. My wheel mount with 2 bolts is backwards & it doesn't adjust or move the wheels as described or pictured. Once assembled, I found the tiller easy to use in my garden. I'm a 5'7" senior woman & wished the handles were adjustable to be lowered. Overall I rate this tiller 4 stars for light jobs, as it's much lighter than a heavy gas powered tiller.

It’s a little workhorse!
This little tiller is a workhorse. Went thru my hard packed clay soil like butter. Allows you to get deep into the soil or lite tilling using less pressure. It works best for breaking up the hard packed by walking backwards. You can also swing it from side to side once the soil is broken up and it gives you a more level surface, thus reducing the raking. I’m 135 pounds and was able to maneuver it very easily. One serious design flaw are the J hooks used to secure the handles. Because it bounces around a lot the black wings are constantly coming loose and the handles turn. I went ahead and added bolts to the unused second set of holes on the lower section. On the upper section where the handles attach there is only 1 hole. I abandoned the J hooks and secured the handles with a bolt and washers. This was an easy fix, just a design flaw. I highly recommend this small tiller.

Compared to my gas tiller this is the best.
Was easy to put together however direction pictures for attaching the wheels was awful but figured it out. Took about 20 minutes to put together. It worked well with wheels up or down. I have a mantis gas tiller but only starting it up a few times a year is hard to do now that I'm older. This thing is just what I needed for my above grown garden bed of 12 ft long by 5 ft wide. Only took me like a half an hour to mix up last years soil with my composters full load and ten new bags of bed soil. This machine is just the right size not too big or too small. It did a great job in not a whole lot of time. It didn't s truggle at all my bed in made with 2x12 x12 the soil under is hard so it doesn't dig that up unless I push it to do so but don't want that and it grinds all above it easily. Anyway it's easy to use and does a great job and now in August my garden is doing great . If you need a tiller I highly recommend this one.

Such a time saver!
Great quality. Easy to use. Great price. The dirt (even when damp) didn't clog up the blades. It is a great height to use comfortably. The cord stays plugged into the extension cord. It works really really well and saves me a lot of time when I have a large area of yard I need to turn over to plant my garden. Great design and quite powerful to break through my dry country dirt.

13.5 amp output is a complete lie, really only 5.32 amps
Works decent enough but the power claims are laughable. I bought the 13.5 amp version, when in fact the power output is only 5.32 amps, 592 watts. I'm used to Chinese gardening equipment lying about their power output but wow that's really pathetic.

I think this thing saved my back, but it's a bit cheaply made, and the handle assembly keeps slipping out of position.
