Redfern 2.5 Gallon Glass Beverage Dispenser Stainless Spigot and Stand

We will be using this beautiful drink dispenser for many gatherings with family and friends. I had a larger one similar to this one that broke after years of using it and needed to replace the dispenser. I am glad I ordered this one with the stand which is strong and made of good quality. I did my research and it paid off. The stainless sprout feels substantial and better than plastic sprouts. I probably paid about the same amount that I did for the 5 gallon dispenser years ago, but this 2.5 galloon is much better in terms of size for storing. I would always have to pour out so much extra drink or store it. The directions were straight forward to put together the sprout and no leaking from the cleaning and testing. It came in a heavy box and foam that made it here safely. We can pack it in the box when we travel which is nice. I can't wait to use it for our gatherings.

We hosted a holiday party and we wanted a drink that the kids and the adults could drink. We didn't want to worry about stocking different flavors of soda or making complicated cocktails that took us away from our guests. So we made this punch for everyone to self-serve, with alcohol on the side for those who wanted to imbibe. This arrived securely packed in a heavy-duty box that will work for long-term storage when we're not using the beverage dispenser. It is nice, heavy & durable glass with a spout that looks great and is easy to clean and install. It looked gorgeous in our kitchen; see photo for size comparison to a single-pint beer glass. We froze cranberries and other fruit to serve as ice and made a few giant punch-cubes too, and just before everyone arrived we poured the pre-mixed punch into the dispenser and added the frozen fruit and punch-cubes. It stayed cool for the duration of the party. Holiday Punch (Makes 43 cups or 2.68 gallons, which allows for extra that won't fit in this jug) 12 c pomegranate or cranberry juice 6 c pineapple juice 6 liters ginger ale 2 tbsp almond extract 1 bag of frozen cranberries 2 limes to slice for garnish Mix all & enjoy! We served ours with plain vodka, Captain Morgan spiced rum, silver tequila and bourbon. We also had a sparkling rose and a sparkling white wine; everything tasted good with this).

I normally don't do reviews but this dispenser is amazing. I've used it a couple times already and it looks as new each time. Never leaks! I get compliments on it too, it's beautiful! It's also pretty big, amazing for it's cost. No cracks, no stains, it honestly continues to look new.

Used this for water. It was perfect Very pretty addition for our wedding reception.

The shipping was quite quick. When I took out the dispenser, I was surprised at how heavy the container was. I have seen other reviews stating that it was difficult to put the spigot on correctly. I found it quite straight-forward, but I did have a small issue when hand-tightening the nut. After I wiggled the spigot a little, I was able to tighten the nut adequately. I really love the design. So much so, I have decided to place it on my kitchen counter to remind me to drink water. It would be a shame to store this, only bringing it out on special occasions. For those that are trying to increase water intake, this is a beautiful reminder. Top is easy to remove, and large enough to put fruits/veggies in for infused water, as well as ice. Filling it less than halfway gives me over twice the amount of daily water that I need. All in all, it is well worth the price. Thanks for a great product!!!

The first beverage dispenser arrived broken around the seal on the lid. I requested a replacement and the 2nd one arrived ok. The 2nd dispenser was packaged better than the 1st one. Not sure why there was a difference in how they were packed. It is a very nice looking beverage dispenser. It will be used at my daughters wedding so hoping it does not leak and works good.

Bought four of these for a party. Filled two with ice water, two with flavored drinks. The glass is nice and clear, thick too. The metal stands are well made and assembly is a piece of cake. Best of all was the well-designed spigot and the washer assemblies. Overall a great quality item. You do get what you pay for.

It’s really hard to find good replacement dispensers for my café. Needing to have 2.5 gallons is also tricky. These are a good price point and have a few things which I had to buy separately with previous dispensers. Biggest Pro: it comes with the best spigot. I used to buy these spigots separately to replace the stock spigots on old dispensers since they’re stainless, easy to clean, won’t corrode, and can be used for anything (even kombucha) without causing problems. Biggest Con: the Stand: the stand is garbage. The weight of it is nonexistent. It’s easy to knock over. Worse yet, trying to remove the dispenser from the stand is hazardous because the stand has very long lips which go up and snag the dispenser as the weightless wrought iron tangles and rangles around knocking over nearby objects and potentially breaking things. I tried other options but wound up just buying some silicone mats to set these on top of. Beware of the stand. I’ve only been using this for a couple weeks but it’s stood up to temperature variations so far. I will update the review once it’s been a full calendar quarter. I am buying two more in the meantime.
