Never buy refills!
Very disappointed!!! I have been using this shampoo for over 2 years and finally decided to but the refill option and save on packaging. And boy... I regret it enormously! It is a different product altogether and I mean in a bad way. Different frangance... like none, different lathering... like less, different result... like hair not as soft, not bouncy and not revitalized. Never buy refills!!! Stick with the full bottle version!!!
