Can it pressure cook at 15 psi?

The highest pressure for this product is 10 psi.

How does one cook chickpeas, kidney beans etc. in this pressure cooker? Still setting it up, but cant see these on the ingredients list....

Soak the beans etc overnight, then set the cooker to pressure and pressure for about 35 minutes

Can you cook rice with it?

Yes... but I think its just as quick to cook rice in microwave. However it makes a superb risotto.
