Excellent quality and super fun to put together. Might want some glue and a pair of tweezers to help. Love the moving parts on this one - door and side opening. Plus, the curved windows and panels add an extra touch of refinement.

This seamed a bit overwhelming at first, but when you follow the directions step by step it is easy! Pros: Everything is labeled well. The chip board is sturdy and a good quality. The colors are vibrant. The directions are easy to understand with most being illustration and short sentences. The items come away from the Lazer cut chip board easily and undamaged. The step by step progression helps to build the Book Nook without having to undo anything you've built already. The completed product fits on our book shelf perfectly. It looks great with the light on! Cons: Doesn't come with glue or batteries. One step was missing in the instructions, but I was able to figure out where that piece went. This was a fun project and I would love to build another one in the series. My husband bought a different brand for himself and asked me to put it together for him. Wow, what a huge difference between the two brands. This brand is much better!!

Such a wonderful little book nook. My 14 year old put it together and other then some trouble with the windows it was great. And it was user error. It looks awesome. The wood sheets have held well and seem to be great quality. It so stinkin cute!

Great product. Very detailed design. Fairly easy to put together and requires a lot of patience. I found it hard to get the right glue and many of the components need gluing. The 61 books were tedious to glue together and would have been a bit more fun if they had been sticker sheets. Over all satisfactory project I made a few rookie errors as it was my first book nook

Very much enjoying this, especially since I’m a musician. I’ve never seen a pipe organ in a music store, and this one is cool, but would rather have seen a harp, guitars and ukuleles (it’s called Bach STRINGS, after all).

I got this for my 16 yr old daughter for Christmas. She likes jigsaw puzzles and crafts and had expressed interest in a book nook. She was very excited when she saw it but seemed to hesitate to start - it looks intimidating. I told her I'd help her. I probably sat with her for 45 minutes or so till she got the feel of how it went with instructions, etc. Then it took her about 2 days, working by herself, neglecting all other responsibilities (:D) to finish the whole thing. She Loved it! I liked that it had sturdy, solid materials, a beautiful look and a dust cover. I thought it was a good value for the money and would buy it again. It does Not come with glue - we used Titebond Original Wood Glue and it did great for us. My daughter used a toothpick for spreading the glue on all the little pieces.

Perfect balance of relaxing and a challenge

My daughter ordered this for my wife as a Christmas present. It is very cute and intricately designed, but a word of warning: some of the pieces are VERY fragile. Several of the pieces ended up breaking as she was trying to put it together. I'd advise you to have some wood glue on hand as you're assembling it. It might not be a good product for you if you have a difficult time working with fragile parts.
