Hard to find in stores, excellent meat subsitute
We love this meat substitute and have had to buy it from Amazon because it is increasingly difficult to find on store shelves. You can cook it as soft or as crispy as you would like to and it takes on whatever flavor you cook it with--very versatile. We eat it with tacos, over rice, in stews etc--there's no limit! The package comes in dried ice frozen and I defrost one pack at a time as needed--definitely worth the convenience.

Way too expensive!!!
This is one of the best pant base “ chicken “ I’ve ever tasted, but to pay over $9 for a pack that I can purchase in the store for under $4, is insane!
