I have been taking these vitamins for a few months now. They seem to be keeping my vision staying the same. I went in for my yearly eye appointment and there was no change, even though I have a medical condition that can effect my vision. I'm hoping at my next appointment that maybe there might even be some improvement. I would definitely recommend this supplement.
