Had an issue with a steam generator not working properly. Contacted the Customer service email and their response was very quick. After some troubleshooting ideas, a replacement part was shipped to me. That was the solution and the device is working great now. Thank you for the support!

The control for this unit will not take the sun very well, it's VERY cheap plastic.

a year in and it's still working well except the drain solenoid but the company is sending a replacement for free

I I installed and I was impressed of how simple the assembly was and the quality of the unit. The steam port was metal and not plastic like the other one I was really happy to see the room was heating up very fast. The bottom half of the room was not too warm so I called the customer service line and they explained I should have gone with the 6k unit and the 4.5k unit was too small for my space of 130 cubic ft. I was told they are out of the 6k unit and I would need to get a 9 k watt and they are shipping me one free of charge. They are confident of their product and saw they were willing to do what is needed to make me satisfied with my purchase. After installing the 9 k unit I am extremely happy with it. The room is at 135F within 12 min and the larger unit is able to fill the room with steam and maintain the temperature consistently. I’m very happy with my purchase and will be ordering another unit for another sauna I am installing in my basement gym. Update 1 yr after purchase: I must say this unit has changed my family’s shower routine drastically. We use the steam bath daily and run it for 2 + hours some days. It is still producing very fast warm up and the therapeutic benefit are massive. I can feel my pours dumping out toxins and my body feels rejuvenated and muscles relaxed after as little as 15 min in the steam room. I don’t think I’ll have a shower with out a steam option again and it’s hard to believe how low the price of the unit was and how well it’s held up so far. I’m not paid by anyone to speak so highly about this purchase and did not revive any gifts from Amazon or the seller, just really happy about my purchase and want to share my experience with people considering this for themself.
