I bought this to use as a hip cushion, placing it under the belt of the glute drive machine at the gym, because the belt is painful and digs into my hips. This pad is much less bulky than trying to use a folded up yoga mat or airex pad. Rolled up, it easily fits in my small gym bag and is almost weightless. I also use it as a knee pad for kneeling exercises and under my hands when doing pushups!Also, I waams expecting this thing would smell like foam and need to air out after opening, but it was fine! No headache-inducing off gassing at all!

We love these. I use them for yoga and also in the bathroom to kneel beside the tub when washing my baby. So much better

Mat is NOT 24” x 12.2”. Its 22.5” x 9.7”. So, the total size is 25% smaller than advertised on an area basis.Update: customer service reached out and refunded cost due to the smaller size. Not sure if my unit was just off or if all are, but either way satisfied with the follow-up and resolution.

I’ve only used this mat once. It provided the cushioning I needed for my arthritic hands during yoga practice. The mat helps.
