First and foremost, the kit is incredibly easy to use. The instructions provided were clear and concise, making the entire repair process a breeze. The effectiveness of this repair product is truly remarkable. I had a deep chip on my windshield caused by a flying pebble and the repair compound filled in the chip flawlessly, leaving no visible trace behind. It even prevented the chip from spreading, saving me from having to replace the entire windshield.Furthermore, the kit comes with all the necessary tools and supplies needed for the repair, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The quality of the materials provided is top-notch, and the applicator was ergonomically designed for easy handling. This product was a huge let down. The adhesives were not good quality and did not help with a good seal. Why is the syringe threaded and not the pedestal? Why does the suringe look like someone took a hot knife to it to create the knotches? Vacuum and plunger did not work. Followed the instructions carefully.

Kit arrived on time and in good condition. Had four places on the windshield to repair from rocks hitting it. I used the enclosed directions, which were very easy to follow and all four spots came out great. Will buy again if needed.

Really wanted to like this kit... Sorry I ordered it. 2 resin bottles were already hardened and therefore unusable. Seals aren't good quality which is needed to create vacuum and to properly inject resin to fill crack. The resin that was still good, did not go well into crack and therefore now I need to have windshield replaced. I'm a handy person and I read and follow directions. Also watched Chris fix YouTube video. Not happy with the purchase or results. Wish I had ordered a different kit but now it's too late.

I bought this kit and used YouTube videos to apply it. For the most part, it was easy to apply. The videos show the chip to be barely noticeable. Mine I can still clearly see (it does not block driver's view, so not an issue for me). The important thing, will the windshield crack as temperatures drop below freezing. It has been more than a month since I applied it to my windshield. There have been a couple of nights when the temperature dropped below freezing. So far, no cracks are forming from the chip.

My chip did have a tiny hole that went all the way through my windshield. in this case the suction is not ideal. I had ended up running the suction until all the bubbles had been pulled through then disconnecting and using a black light to firm it up so it would stop pulling air all the way through. I was able to use a single bottle to seal multiple small chips and the large chip in my windshield in one go. It was nice. Fantastic product, but you might want to watch a video before doing this yourself. Looks better than the last professional patch I had done that ran me about 60$.
