Depends how clever you are with your toes, and how shapely and nimble they are. I have managed it a couple of times, but it's easier with other people's toes, depending how clever you are with their toes. If you post a photo of your toes, I can probably give you an idea. I have a range of toe strengthening exercise programmes on DVD available on Amazon if you need them.

Is this USB powered ?

No, it's 240v 500w a USB can't pump out enough power to generate enough heat.

Hi would this be good for grow room/tent? is it energy efficient ? is it safe to keep on for long periods of time ?

Mine has run for several hours in various location, with no problems. It does get hot to the touch, so take precautions like keep the area around the unit clear. Ideal for my caravan, so a tent would be warmed up, pending heat loss through the fabric. Useful little heater if common sense is applied.

I'm able to heat a 19 ft boat cabin to a comfortable level, on most days in December, in the UK.
