Great considering the price (£550)
Three years ago this monitor would cost twice the price. Well, the monitor is good, very ,very bright, great colours, very responsive and nearly zero ghosting. The time to power on and display the image is very quick. Couldn’t hear any noise or coil whine while the monitor is powered on. About the HDR400, besides people say it’s bad, to me it looks way better than native colour profile. Could be that the implementation is just good in this particular monitor. It came with both HDMI and Display Port cables, a very heavy stand and thankfully a VESA adapter, (that saved me £30) I’ve appreciated that.Just a few complaints: the design of the back of this monitor is very ugly and rgb light are dim. The panel has a glossy finish, and it renders a bit of glare and reflections depending where’s the lights in the room. Also I wish it had an extra display port input.Overall I’m pleased with the purchase and I definitely recommend if you get for £550 and below.

but this OLED!
If you are a PC gamer looking for that new display/monitor upgrade, just BUY this OLED display! dont even consider wasting your time or money on cheaper IPS!!for general desktop use it doesn't look much different to to IPS screens tbh. BUT, once you have your GAMES loaded up, they look absolutely Excellent! so SHARP! so CLEAR! so much juicy vibrant COLOR!ALSO, you can emulate 24 inch screens by setting the resolution un-scaled in nvidia control panel and then choosing 1080p resolution! so you got options if 27 inch is abit too big for you! i actually play 1080 by 1440p! looks stunning!this is the cheapest OLED you can buy and its top quality! if you are a PC gamer, you absolute owe it to your video GAMES to be displayed in the BEST way possible!finally, when u get the monitor, make sure the first thing u do is adjust the settings to make the display look its best!

Compromised HDR experience
The Good:The monitor looks incredible — the colours are perfect, the contrast is perfect, and text clarity is almost as good as any IPS 1440p monitor, nothing too distracting. It gets plenty bright enough in SDR with no fluctuating brightness. There’s a decent selection of ports, and the USB hub is a neat feature — just be aware it increases power usage and is turned off by default. It also has built-in speakers; they’re not great, but they’re usable if you don’t have another option. Setup was easy. And the 240Hz motion? Just wow!The Bad:This monitor supports VESA mounting, but I’d strongly advise against it. The “VESA” mount is just a piece of metal that attaches to the back of the monitor — it’s not secure at all and can fall off just from being turned upside down. Mount at your own risk!!HDR on this monitor is broken. the colours are washed out. This monitor clamps the colour gamut in HDR, so you’re not getting the full QD-OLED experience you paid for. Hopefully this shows in the image provided: QD-OLED should not look less vibrant than W-OLED. Both displays are showing the same HDR image — the Philips is in Filmmaker Mode, and the AOC is in Peak 1000 mode.I was able to improve things by using the digital vibrancy slider in the NVIDIA APP, but it’s not a perfect fix. Reds still look orange compared to W-OLED, and digital vibrancy also messes with skin tones. I shouldn't have to go through all this. From my understanding, this is a known issue specific with AOC monitors and not something affecting other QD-OLED monitors. It's really shady from AOC to sell a monitor with an important feature thats broken.Other Issues:Every 4 hours youll get a pop up to run a pixel refresh, and if you turn it off you'll void your warranty, I've been daily driving an OLED tv and OLED laptop for 4 years and never had pop ups this intrusive before.Overall this is a really good monitor with just some bad software, hopefully AOC can fix it via an update.

Best BANG for the Money!
I recently purchased the AOC Agon Pro AG456UCZD monitor, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The image quality is absolutely stunning, with vibrant colors and sharp details that make every visual experience a delight. The fact that it's an OLED monitor only adds to its brilliance. For its size and quality, the price is unbeatable. Whether you're gaming, working, or watching movies, this monitor delivers exceptional performance. I highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a top-notch monitor.

Amazing OLED
Not often I'm surprised, but this monitor is absolutely brilliant.I've had a high quality Alienware 38 widescreen, and I was always ok with it, recently though the white banding issue in dark scenes made me change.Glad I did, colours pop out and the dark scenes in Last of us 2, rich dark colours, can actually see more in the dark, so much easier to see whats in the shadows.Oled is far superior, was worried re burn in, but this monitor reminds you to use the refresh feature..The pixels that a reviewer with bionic eyes, said was problematic, no issues for me.Resolution wise had no issues with ultrawide comparability so far. Now, the 800R curve?Well it is great for gamers, really helps immersion. No issues reading emails etc.I don't work on a pc, its for gaming/ leisure.Get it now while its £700 odd quid.Stunning picture OLED, proper colours, proper dark when its supposed to be, and crisp crystal clear graphics. Its a 10 from me Len.

Display continuosly turning off
Cannot transition anything across this monitor from either my other 2xAOC monitors on either side of this one. Repetitive warnings of all kinds leading up to the monitor automatically shutting down. So if I'm in a game I lose the screen. Settings are too many and too complicated and I have no idea what most of them are for or what they mean. A simple monitor should be exactly that "simple" Even the reset option in extras does not in fact reset the whole monitor. The graphics are amazing, but the problems severely outweigh the benefits of this monitor. I shall be sending it back for a refund
