Very good for dry mouth! Instant wetness. I generally would bite it in half. One piece is too much! It does the job!! Great value for the money.

Dry mouth problems were keeping me awake at night, leaving my lips dry and scaly the next morning. My dentist recommended both the gum and the mints and she also suggested that both were available from Amazon. I am already seeing improvement in about 10 days. chalky and an odd taste or first couple 'chews' on this gum, but after a few minutes it is fine, and seems to do pretty good for a dry mouth gum. giving it 4 stars, because it works, ( not 5, because the chalky odd taste at the start of chewing it. )

I am not a fan of gum; I don't chew gum. Starting a new medication that causes dry mouth changed all that. This gum really relieves the dry mouth and has a pleasant flavor. Now I chew gum again.

This product is no better than Ice Cube gum which you can get a whole lot cheaper. I do love the Xylomelt Tabs. They really work.

Product works as promised. It is far better than anything else I have taken for dry mouth.

I always try something even though it may have affected someone else in a negative way. Someone did mention that it caused problems with IBS. I typically don't have an issue with that, but unfortunately, it happened to me. I tried two pieces of the gum in one day. There is a hard chalky coating on the outer part that softens after a few minutes in your mouth. After that, it becomes soft like regular gum and it does moisten your mouth. I developed IBS the next day and for that reason I won't be using it again.
