Great book
Plenty of easy to practice yoga moves that really work.

Good instructions with pictures
Good instructions for exercises with pictures. Useful information on how and why us oldies should exercise, and also on good nutrition. Recipes look good but only 12 of them, and only one weekly meal plan so you have to repeat the same meals for 4 weeks. The most disappointing thing is the promised free, downloadable and printable copy of the "ForeverFit Progress Journal" with which you can renew your motivation, build self-discipline, actively track your progress and celebrate your achievements. It's 30 pages but all the pages are the same! Don't bother downloading it.

really good book
Sound advice with easy to follow specifics. Drawings show every yoga exercise. Recipes are not complicated with unusual ingredients. Doesn’t patronise you either.

Open at once!
The product I wanted, I.e. chair yoga poster, was not what I got. I got yoga posters all right but none of the instructions related to chair use. It was a pity I didn’t check straight away because if I had, they would have gone straight back. For anyone who wanted an introduction to yoga and then to develop their skill, what I got looked great. The instructions were clear and the graphics helpful but sadly not for me.

Information missing in Kindle edition!
Trying to use the Day 1 plan for Yoga was a total nightmare…..the promised Page locator numbers did not show on the Kindle edition……..flicking backwards and forwards to try and find the exercises referred to was a nightmare. Returned. Buy the book I say.
