Will this device work on Steam, 300f+ and 50 to 80 Psi?

I am not 100% sure. I would use a good thermostatic steam trap on the outlet side of the steam side. The worst it can do is fail.

do the liquids touch directly? I want to have two different liquids interacting and do not want them to mix.

Cut a board to fit in between the connections and use a strap and screws or bolts to hold it firm
