Affective Tincture
I am about to purchase my 3rd bottle of this tincture which for me has been more affective and noticeable than the same brand Lions Mane. I use this in the evening to wind down and during the day during potentially stressful situations. Definitely higher end product in the market and important for me is the tincture is alcohol free. It may be expensive but for me, it works.

Doesn’t work
I use reishi for the bounds of anxiety to help me sleep . I usually use Fungarium thought i try something else and this is also cheaper and seems to be more strong. Sadly, this does absolutely nothing to me even at high doses, just woke up after really rough night . compared to fungarium with instant effects and a great night sleep I learned it’s all about extraction method, but this one doesn’t work for me plus I’m not really fan of this super sweet flavour. For me, this was waste of money

Seemingly high quality but high cost
I've recently tried this Reishi tincture and found it to be an interesting addition to my daily wellness routine. The packaging is quite attractive, with a darkly tinted glass bottle and a sturdy pipette, which is quite handy for measuring the serving size of 2ml. The QR code on the bottle is a nice touch, leading to more information about the product and the company. The taste of the tincture is subtly earthy, not unpleasant, and goes well when added to a cup of coffee. I appreciate that it's organic, vegan, gluten-free, and alcohol-free, aligning with high health and wellness standards. It's also reassuring to know this product is made in the UK, which speaks to its quality. However, I do have reservations about the clarity of ingredient information, particularly the lack of specifics about the glycerine content, which is something the company could improve on. In terms of effects, while I haven't noticed any dramatic changes, there is a certain peace of mind in taking something natural that is reputed to support stress reduction and sleep. The cost, at around £1 per serving, is on the higher side, but it's understandable given the quality. Overall, this Reishi tincture seems like a good quality product, offering a convenient way to incorporate the benefits of mushrooms into a daily health regimen.

Good quality Reishi extract in a easy to use tincture!
Unlike mushroom powder its harder to judge the quality of tinctures. But this extract is produced by a small Scottish farm microbusiness lovemushrooms.co.uk who are very proud of the quality of their production. They use sonic extraction to get every part of the mushroom chemicals extracted. You can see a lot about the product by visiting the QR code on the packaging or the website above. So, after the research I did, I am not worried about the quality of the product. The resishi tincture is a light straw extract in glycerine, different from the much darker colour Reishi extract they produce which I have also tried and reviewed. You take a pipette, 2ml twice daily, with about 25 doses per 50ml bottle. Although mushroom extracts act gradually, the 4 grams of resishi extract daily did seem to produce the effect of calmness this mushroom is renowned for. Pretty good.

A bit disappointing as it's very sweet with a hint of bitterness
I'm not sure what's going on here. Reishi is normally a bitter taste. This one is sickly sweet with the Reishi bitterness in the background. So for I am now worried that its completely ruined my intermittent fasting. Presumably it's from the glycerine but I'd like to know if there's some form of sugar or sweetener with this. So whilst I like mushrooms and Reishi I will stick to powder form in future as I can have a gram or two of that without breaking my fast. I hope you found this helpful. Please let me know if you did. 😊

Tastes sweet - not bitter, but lacking a bit of ingredient information for high-need diet people.
Attractively packaged in purple, the pipette is sturdy, and I prefer the liquid tincture options compared to taking capsules for mushroom supplements. The QR code on the bottle and packaging takes you to their website for more information - which is a clever idea & tells you more about the company. PROS: tastes sweet - nothing like mushrooms. Taking the tincture directly under the tongue it is very sweet with only a hint of bitterness (normal) towards the very end of the taste. Some might like adding it to their cup of tea or in a smoothie (as their website suggests - good idea). I threw it in with coffee and quite enjoyed it. CONS: Insufficient ingredient information about the source of sweetness. The sweetness comes from vegetable glycerine. Even though glycerine is considered a low-GI sweetener, I could find no reference to the amount actually contained in the product - nowhere on the packaging, the bottle or on their website. Some people track their glycerine intake daily (those with special medical needs) and people who are low-carb would also be interested to track the source/ value of the sweetener. I’m guessing they could update their website quite easily to add this information, so fingers crossed they do.
