Nice PLASTIC Tray - Finally! I am Glad Someone Figured This Out!
I saw another review where the writer was upset because the bottom tray was made of plastic. I personally feel like it’s great, because, even though I use cage liners, inevitably moisture from spills gets under them and then the paint eventually peels and the tray rusts , and I am unable to find anyone who sells replacement trays. The tray in this cage is sturdy plastic and I couldn’t be happier. The cage itself is nice - it’s sturdy enough and definitely very roomy! My three parakeets will love it - once I catch them and get them in there! I had a friend put it together, so I can’t speak to how difficult it was to assemble, but he didn’t seem to have any problems with it. I’m satisfied!

WONDERFUL CAGE! Highly recommended.
EXCELLENT home for our finches. It breaks my heart to give this cage a 4.5. The cage point breakdown is as follows:For the sturdy construction and materials used a 1. Safety of the cage for the occupant a 1.For the number and sizes of doors-I give the cage a .5.For the addition of a new color (blush, which is gorgeous by the way), .5.For the ease of understandability of instructions-1.For the size of this flight cage- .5.That is how I determined my score. The deterrent of the cage are:Ease of construction-it took my husband AND myself assemble. My husband said he could have assembled it himself in 30 minutes IF he had 3 arms and those arms were each 5 feet long. The doors are not slide up and down-they are swing doors. That does not allow additionalaccessories to be added. Another consideration of the cage is the up and down opening of the doors which helps to restrain the occupants from having a big adventure.(Note to manufacturers of this cage (should they read this review), I would love to wholeheartedly give this cage a 6. Given that reviews are limited to a 5, I would consider the flaws to be a serious drawback. I would think about making revisions to the cage. Obviously I am not an expert, just a consumer. Thanks for reading and considering my review.)

Flight Cage on Wheels
Bird cage on wheels. Well made, sturdy and beautiful. No more fears of neighbor’s cat knocking over cage when I roll it to the deck on a beautiful day. A friend helped put it together. He suggested the parts be marked. Pay attention or you put something backwards and need to redo.

Worth every penny!
I put this together myself in about 45 minutes to an hour. The wheels are great and the cage overall is very sturdy and well worth it. Perfect for my rescued parakeet, lol! Lots of room but not oversized for my living room either. The blush color is pretty.

If you’re putting this together by yourself, make sure you’re not in a hurry. Good cage otherwise.
This is probably the best large birdcage commercially available. It’s attractive and fairly sturdy. If you are putting it together with two people, it will be really easy. If you’re putting it together by yourself, make sure you’re not in an hurry. You can do it, but not if you’re in an hurry. It really requires four hands. Unfortunately for me, this is really intended for cockatiels and parrots. I bought it to use for Finches. I cannot understand why the cage companies can’t make a big cage that is suitable for Finches and other small birds. If you’re getting this to use for parakeets or anything smaller, the food, dishes and perches are simply too large.
