College for the granddaughter. Loves the drawing features!!!

I purchased this HP Envy x360 as new on June 19, 2025. After about 35 days of normal use, the space bar and backspace keys began failing intermittently. The problem has progressed and the space bar now does not work at all, which makes the laptop very difficult to use. I updated BIOS and drivers via HP Support Assistant and ran HP diagnostics, but the issue persisted. HP’s warranty lookup shows a start date of October 24, 2024, months before my purchase, which raises concerns about whether this unit was truly new.

Fast shipping good price

This has been the best purchase. We got it for our daughter to use in college courses. Almost a year in and it has been fantastic! It is lightweight enough that it is easy to cart, super fast, and easy to learn and use. It still has tons of storage!

We got this to use for my daughters first year in college, as a business major. Its compact, user friendly, she really likes the performance. I am a professional PC technician, looked long and hard at different computers, for the price, and what it offers, we are both happy with the purchase!

A great 14" laptop. It works well.

It’s going back because the fan is running really loud and hot and I think something may be wrong with this computer. Even as I’m doing the factory reset it’s making clicking and popping sounds. Disappointing for the high price tag and feels really cheap/plasticy. The main attraction of this computer over a $500 computer is that it can play games so this is marketed as a gaming computer, but I purchased Minecraft and it doesn’t even support that. There’s no reason for me to keep and I have a lower price point 2019 hp laptop that works much better. The only advantage to this computer is that it’s touch screen and convertible whereas my 2019 hp is not. I’m going to try a lower price point convertible hp laptop and if I have the same issues I’ll stick with the computer I have.

Estoy muy feliz con esta compra de mi nueva computadora Hp omnibook 5 flip Icore 7 14 pulgadas con un tera en disco duro y 16 gigas en ram , es rápida bonita no muy grande y muy cómoda tenia mucho trabajo pendiente con la vieja conputadora y con esta todo salio de volada, use un programa para migrar mis datos de la vieja conputadora a un disco duro externo (que tardo 3hrs con la computadora vieja) y luego con dicho programa se paso todo del disco duro externo a la nueva en solo 30 minutos que velocidad, la recomiendo ampliamente vale la pena el costo

Very pleased with this laptop, with the SSD hard drive it's lightning fast. It's compact size you can take it anywhere and it doubles as a tablet when you fold it over.

Liking the feel of the new laptop but setting it up is not intuitive. I have worked in IT for over 40 years and it was quite difficult to get everything right. One thing that probably hindered me was keeping my security software turned on. As passwords were hard to share. Interesting how much of window hasn’t changed in a long time.

The computer is at its optimal performance, though I didn't expect less than what I am experiencing now
