This non irritating solution for nasal issues is easy and effective. I would recommend you using it in the shower. But it is just as effective at the sink. The suggestions for use found in the box are helpful to read. It needs no electricity and is easy to travel with.

I travel a lot, and, before purchasing this product, was not able to irrigate my sinuses while on the road because the container of crystallized salt I used to mix my own sinus rinse took up too much room in my carry on luggage. These little packets are a lifesaver, especially during cold and flu season, and I find that, since they are precisely formulated, I never experience the discomfort or burning I sometimes ran into when I’d accidentally go a little overboard with the salt when concocting the rinse on my own. Very gentle and effective - a great product that’s made in the US. I plan on giving this company’s “nicer neti” pot a try as well, as the reviews seem to be really good and it appears to be more compact, while being designer for less neck strain while irrigating sinuses, than my traditional clay neti pot.

I discovered these saline rinse packets and the angled saline rinse bottle a few months ago. I am very careful to keep my bottle washed after each use and dried completely. I also boil the water I use to flush my nasal passage with and store in a glass bottle to use later once it has cooled down. So far I have been through my first spring/summer in the southern US (pollen and histamines are torture here) free from sinus infections. I also discovered Anthronex from Standard Process which I highly recommend to keep sinuses drained and clear without the nasty antihistamine side effects. I find these saline packets to be perfect. I get two uses from each packet. I’m hopeful going into the fall/winter seasons with this product to have my first-ever sinus-infection-free season. This nasal flush concept has been a life-changing experience for this 2-4 sinus infections a year person. As I said in an earlier review, it took me 8 tries to get the flush down to where it would go in one nostril and out the other without going down my throat, so stick with it because it’s worth it once you find the right angle and head position over the sink.

I have used Nasopure twice daily since my ENT doctor recommended I stop using a Neti pot 8 years ago. He advised he had seen patients with ear issues from the water of the Neti pot so preferred the design of Dr Hana’s Nasopure bottle. He also preferred the mixture sold by Nasopure. Keeping my sinuses clear by using Nasopure has helped me remain healthy & no longer suffer from sinus infections. I highly recommend this product for ease of use & effectiveness of nasal rinsing. This is a very gentle rinsing solution that has helped me overcome years of nose/sinus congestion issues. What a relief to have a simple and natural solution that does not take any longer at bedtime than brushing my teeth does. I was afraid I would need surgery and was ready to consider anything because my sleep was so disturbed, but this has fixed the problem. I think I may also get fewer colds simply because I'm cleaning out my nose every night. It's kind of a disgusting process, but I put mind over matter to test it and have never looked back. (It's not so bad once you get the hang of it.) Try it: what have you got to loose?

I am a tried and true netty pot user but decided to give this a try. It definitely flushes your sinuses much better than the netty pot. I would give it 5 stars but you can't just use it anytime, I would highly recommend using it in the shower for easier clean-up after the flush.

I've used this product for years and was thrilled to find it on Amazon. My ENT told me a nasal rinse would help and the pharmacy clerk recommended the Nasopure product. I use it morning and evening and in between when I've been exposed to allergens or lots of dust etc. Sometimes my nose will feel dry from the lack of humidity in the air. Do a rinse and much better. Occasionally I'll have a sinus headache. A rinse usually will take care of it. During the last twelve months, I've had one sinus infection. I used to have one all the time!!! This beats a bunch of medications and antibiotics!!

I love these packs. They are easy to open the dump into the bottles. Easy to take while traveling and work extremely well.

I have been using this product for several months and I can say that it had a really good impact on controlling my allergy. I finished the salts pack which was inside the product and re-ordered the salts separately.

The Nasopure system has changed my 9 year old's life. He used to sniffle all the time and no amount of blowing would really clear his nose properly. Now he rinses his nose with the Nasopure bottle and solution every night before bed and goes to bed with a clear nose. He sleeps better because he can breathe comfortably all night long. His nose starts to block up again (despite the Zirtek and steroid nasal spray) in the late afternoon, and he has to clear it again before bedtime. But he is definitely sleeping better and his lips aren't cracked and dry anymore from mouth breathing. It's not much fun squirting water up your nose, and I have to stay with him while he does it for moral support, but he will be the first to tell you it's more than worth it for the relief it brings. Two thumbs up!

Like it for its subtlety having sinus. Very effective eliminating discomfort in breathing. Good product along with the applicator
