*Overall ReviewChair Works Great. The blue from the image is slightly lighter than the one I got, which is PERFECT. I wanted the darker blue I saw in other DXRacers, but this one looked like it was going to be a "sky" blue, which I was mentally prepared for but not super thrilled about. When it arrived, it was actually the blue I had seen in other chairs, and I was very happy.Shipping/Customer ServiceThe chair arrived sooner than it was supposed to which was great, but upon attempting to assemble it, I realized I was missing the 5 pronged base. I wrote the seller through Amazon, and they responded quickly, and professionally, and had the part shipped out to me. The only thing they didn't do was expedite the shipping of that piece, so I had to wait close to another week before using my chair.*AssemblyIt assembled fairly easily, one person can do it without issue. The hardest part was attaching the back piece to the chair. There are basically holes cut, that you need to use to the best of your ability. It's okay, if things don't go perfectly here, as the holes here are left completely out of view after finishing the install process.I tried using the recline bar before putting it all together, and it didn't appear to be working. Don't fret, put it all together, and then try. You really need your body weight to help with the reclining process.Price/AdjustabilityI'm not 100% sure if the chair is worth $400, but after going through a string of 100$-150$ chairs, I can say this chair is "LEGIT". It feels very durable, and nothing about it feels cheap. It looks great, fits great, and is very adjustable. I really wanted the ability to adjust the arm rests, and these are 4D adjustable arm rests. Up Down, Left Right, Forward Backward, and even an angle turn (left/right). The adjustment ability is sort of limited on some of the directions, but you can only move a surface so far from the support before it loses the ability to hold weight*Pillows (Plus ONLY CON)I do use the provided pillows, however the backrest isn't comfortable at every angle. And unfortunately, I can't simply just remove the backrest and reattach it easily. You can take it off, and put it on, but the process is tedious as you have to run the strap through a piece of plastic. I think this is the biggest negative of the chair. The Neck Pillow is very easy to attach and unattach. Due to this, I've left the backrest on for now, as I think it does help to promote a more healthy sitting posture but it's still annoying that at various reclining angles, the top half of my back can not make contact with the chair due to the two pillows. Seems like the back rest should just velcro on/off, and the straps that are attached should be able to stay on desired.*BonusI leaned back and took my first nap in the chair the other day. I don't know that I'd use it as a bed, but it was a good nap.

Best gaming chair!
This chair is easy to assemble, only taking me (1 person), about an hour to set it up. It's a fairly heavy chair, so you may need assistance moving it around. Everything was in the box, and only two things were damaged (will explain further on that). As far as comfort goes, this chair is extremely comfortable, and well-built. It feels high quality, and stable, and the seat is firm. Some people aren't too interested in firm seating, but I personally love it. The pillows it comes with are a nice add-on, but I've never been one to use them, or any pillow for that matter. Again, some people think differently. There's plenty of ways to adjust the chair. The reclining feature is amazing, and the arms adjust in multiple ways. You can move them up, down, out and in, and rotate them roughly 30 degrees. When you adjust something, it makes a click noise to show that it is firmly locked in place. So the first damaged item was this small plastic piece that you place inside of the base of the chair. There's 5 of these plastic pieces, and they're all mainly for cosmetic purposes. One of my pieces was chipped, but since you place it inside of the base, the chipped part was hidden from sight, so ultimately that did not bother me at all.The second damaged item was the arm rest itself. The right side was very wobbly and loose, and that's something that came attached to the chair. I sent an email to customer service (rather late), and they responded within 2 hours, and said they'd ship out another one asap. I wasn't sure how to undo the right arm, considering it came attached the chair, and they actually had a video they sent me on how to replace the arms. Customer service was fantastic, and hopefully I should be getting that new arm in a week or so.Overall, I'd say this chair is easily worth the hefty price tag. If you're looking for a gaming chair that feels high quality, sturdy, and a chair that will last you for years, this chair is the best possible choice.Things to look out for are, especially if you're buying online:-Firmness of the chair-Your height (This chair is naturally tall).-Quality control (Making sure all pieces arrive, and are not damaged). If none of those are an issue, then this is the best gaming chair on the market, and personally the best computer chair I have ever owned.

Loving It So Far!
This chair arrived quickly via FedEx. The box was sturdy, but had a gash in it, which happened to be in a spot where there was only empty space behind it, and it turned out the chair wasn't damaged. The chair assembled easily enough, though as another reviewer noted, the holes in the cover where the back bolts onto the seat were apparently cut with a box knife (not visible as they're under a plastic cover), and it took a little finagling to get the holes lined up. The chair is very sturdy and I saw no defects in workmanship. My chair does have a noticeable odor due to outgassing of the cover and/or foam. It doesn't bother me but it might bother some people. I expect that to go away in a few days. The chair is pretty firm but very comfortable. I am 6' 0" and 185 lbs. and it fits me well. One of DXRacer's larger series might fit me very slightly better as I have pretty wide shoulders, but I doubt it would be worth the extra cost (hint - there is a size chart on the DXRacer web site). The lumbar pillow is height adjustable, as is the neck pillow, but the neck pillow height may not stay exactly where you want it because of how it attaches - you can slide it down over the top, or put it through the holes in the back. If you do the former, it won't go down especially low (not a problem for me as I'm pretty tall), and if you do the latter, the pillow goes low but getting it to stay put is an issue. Adhesive velcro would most likely solve any problem you run into there. Also the armrests are pretty firm, and it might be worth thinking about some gel covers or something.Overall I'm very happy with this chair, and I expect it will last many years.
