Biona Organic Tofu Ambient Long Life 360g (Pack of 6)

This is the first time I bought this tofu and I am so glad I did. The tofu is firm, the block is not too big so can be used up by one person in two or three meals. Unopened it lasts a long time (the stamp on my delivery says best before March 2023). Once the jar is opened, it needs to be kept in the fridge and according to the label should be used up within two days. The water the tofu is stored in is salted, so if you need to watch your intake of sodium, it's worth giving the tofu a good rinse in water before eating it to wash some of the salt away. All in all I can fully recommend this tofu and will buy this again.

Excellent product. Nice and firm. Tasty.. great with marinades. Still have to press it for a while as it sits in liquid but like this more than tofoo. Have ordered it now 3 times.. after isolation is over I wont go back to tofoo and will order this. Also love glass jars as I can use them to store other foods once used

I find this tofu very salty. It’s firm and easy to get out of the jar....getting the lid off is hard.

Since becoming vegan this has become a staple of mine! I love the texture and unlike most posers out there, this tofu is firm. It absorbs the flavours well when marinated and tastes just as good if you are in a hurry and didn't have time to think ahead.

This tofu has a nice firm texture and is easy to cook. The only disadvantage I’d call out is that it’s a bit hard to take out of the jar. But hey, at least it’s not wrapped all in plastic.

Yummy, and with no nasty rubbish shoved in. Shame two were open when they arrived but I suspect that's more Amazon then the peeps selling it. Silly Amazon, lost these guys a 5th star!

HAVE PURCHASED FOR MANY YEARS .THIS MONTH JAR MAINLY WATER AND TOFU WAS LIKE SILKEN. VERY DISAPPOINTED
