Really good
Ok the instructions are in French, however I managed to download an English version from the net. Other than that there is nothing to fault? SEB have been producing pressure cookers for many years, in fact my last SEB pressure cooker has lasted well over 40 years it is only the valve that has broken. I could replace the valve but felt it was time for an upgrade.

Au top! Je suis hyper satisfaite de cette cocotte minute. J’en cherchais une de grande capacité, qui fonctionne à l’induction et intuitive. Avec le minuteur adapté aux différents programmes c’est super pratique, ça chante quand le temps est écoulé et lorsqu’on doit reduire la température pour une cuisson douce. La cuve se nettoie bien mais le couvercle je ne sais toujours pas si je dois enlever ou pas le receptoir du minuteur... je vais le découvrir

Io uso da molti anni le pentole a pressione. Sono stato attratto dal marchio storico SEB indice di garanzia e solidità e devo dire che questa pentola a pressione Funziona Benissimo cuoce le patate in poco tempo e in maniera uniforme. La sto usando principalmente per cuocere al vapore tutti i tipi di verdura, cereali e tuberi. C'è un ricettario in francese con molte ricette e alla fine tutte le tabelle per i tempi di cottura. Molto soddisfatto altre le attese

Las instrucciones vienen en francés y el libro de recetas también. Donde se pueden conseguir estas instrucciones.

The product is high quality - I also own a clipso pressure cooker, so I knew what I was buying. It is very useful because it lets you know which phase of cooking you are in, also the cookbook gives you the optimal time for cooking each type of food group. Saves a lot of time and food keeps it flavor.

Belles couleurs, désigne agréable, mais le plus important est sa performance pour les cuissons et facilité d'utilisation. Nombreuses recettes à tester et en découvrir de nouvelles avec le livret offert. Assez grand et performant, ne prend pas trop de place dans un placard.
