I love this calculator. I don’t like the little handheld calculators. I worked as an accountant for 35 years and always had a nice calculator. This one is just for my personal at home use but it is just what I wanted.

I have been using Monroe products for 40 years. Matter of fact one of the Monroe I replaced was over 35 years old. The 8130X is setup almost just like the Monroe 3140 it replaced. So the transition have been very easy. I do tax work and a dependable adding machine with a paper tap is a necessity. I just like the way Monroe lets me decide how I want the machine to work.

I bought my first Monroe 31 years ago and it has worked without problems for all these years. I just had to update with a new one for my office in another office location and the new one is black with great key "feel." The display is much easier to read on this much newer version. I hate to throw the older one out to pasture but this new one looks and feels so much better, and I rarely go a day without hitting the old three finger adding machine.

This is the best office business calculator I have ever used, so quiet, responsive and just works as it is supposed to, with all the commands in the correct place, love it. Great company to work with and send earlier than expected, thank you so much for a great transaction.

Heavy duty calculator that will last for a long time even with heavy use. I am a CPA and have used Monroe calculators for 40 years. They are worth the price.
