Quality ingredients/product judging by results of how I feel taking it. I bought a smaller size at first then this larger one. I used get very little sleep and wake up at the slightest noise. Had many totally sleepless nights. After a couple weeks, my sleep quality and length of time staying asleep greatly improved. Irritability and overwhelm feelings take noticeably longer to onset making a difference in my interactions.
