What a great little printer. I had put buying one of these off for a long time, but with the increasing number of etsy and The British Craft House orders I am receiving I thought it time. Wonderfully fast to use. Print labels straight from Royal Mail, straight from anywhere on the pc. The whole family have found it useful when they have needed to print. Plus, customer service is fantastic. I had a problem figuring out how to use the optional printer app to edit a label and the were extremely prompt and helpful in resolving the issue. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending.

Good quality Thermal Label Printer from Phomemo made from good materials.I have been using this printer for over five months on a iMac and iPhone and I have had no issues so far.Setup on my iPhone was quick and easy just a case of downloading the mobile app connecting to bluetooth and that is, on my iMac it was not as simple as I thought it was going to be, first I wanted to use this using bluetooth and not USB I followed the video on the website I was able to connect to it using bluetooth but it would not show up as a printer even with me installing the drivers, the labellife software etc I eventually gave up on bluetooth and decided to use USB and this worked straight away with no issues. I keep meaning to try again with bluetooth but now I just do it all from my phone instead of using the computer.The print quality is good I would not say it is amazing BUT as it is just labels it does not need to be as long as the text is clear and can be read easily, bar codes scanned etc that is the main thing and I can confirm for that it is perfect I have no complaints there.II like that this is a thermal printer so no chance of the printer running out of ink when you need it the most you just have to make sure you labels of course.Printer is lightweight, made from hardened plastic and feels solidOverall I am happy with the thermal label printer.

I bought this to print my ebay labels, it's so easy to use once you download the app and use via Bluetooth. Very easy to use very pleased with the product!

The printer itself was excellent until one day, the paper wouldn’t load properly.I contacted Phomemo who were very fast to respond (once I looked in ‘Junk’). My issue turned out to be a Firmware update via the printer app. Once completed, the printer was back to its old self and been good as gold ever since.Thanks Phomemo!
