Really works to stop my snoring
I've been using this for 2 - 3 weeks an find that it really works to stop my snoring. I only snore when sleeping on my back. This device seems well made and is very easy to clip on to the back of the t-shirt I sleep in, and when positioned correctly it makes it extremely uncomfortable to lay on my back. My wife very happily reports that it has almost completely stopped my snoring. I found that positioning is very important, if I placed it too high it pressed uncomfortably into my back. Too low and it could slide to the side and not stop me sleeping on my back. But after a bit of trial and error I found a placement where I don't feel it at all when sleeping on my side, but it is uncomfortable when laying on my back, so prevents me from doing so. I do wake up some when rolling over, but am getting used to that. All-in-all this has been very effective so far.

Uncomfortable in the wrong way
I hated this. When lying on my side, it felt like someone was shoving a fist into my back. I wear a very loose shirt to bed and no amount of repositioning would relieve the discomfort. I tried it for two nights and took it off both times after trying and failing to fall asleep for an hour. If it were redesigned so that there is no bulk INSIDE the shirt, it would probably work well.

Reliably prevents you from sleeping on the back
Had for 2w now. Easy to put on, easy to take off. Large and hard enough to prevent you from sleeping on the back reliably. Works exactly as advertised. I used philips night band before this (buzzes when you're on the back) and other larger pillows/bands, but this ball works much better than all of those, is simpler and easier to deal with. If you gave a positional sleep apnea - 5/5 tool. I hope it does not break quickly - the mechanism does not look bomb proof to me.

Lightweight but solid, and works
This product is lighter than the magnetic balls that are available, and its circular clamp actually works pretty well on clothing. (In fact, I think its grip on clothing is much better than the magnetic balls. The grip is firmer.)When wearing this product, I find that I do not sleep on my back, and this lessens or eliminates my sleep apnea. For hard-core battlers of apnea, I recommend sleeping on the hard plastic frame side of the ball, and not the firm side. That way, when you roll over onto your back, the hard plastic digs into your back a bit, and you know not to stay in that position, lol!

No instructions provided
I can’t test the product because no instructions were provided and I can’t even open it. There was a QR code in the box that I hoped would link to instructions- but it just linked to Facebook Messenger. Not helpful.

Works great.
Tried several other ways to stay off back. This works!!!Only hurts when you lay on your back. I remain on my side all night. CPAP numbers are much better when I use this ball device. Thank you for a great product!

🍀 Lucky Reviews: Calma Clip by Whole Nights
The Calma Clip by Whole Nights is a promising solution for side sleepers seeking relief from back snoring. This anti-snoring device effectively promotes a healthy sleeping position by attaching to any clothes. While it works well, it's worth noting that it obviously isn’t suitable for those who don't wear t-shirts to bed, which may limit its applicability for some users.🍀 Lucky Review: ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Clip on Ball to prevent sleeping on back.
This Ball for Side Sleep is designed to clip together with the back of your shirt sandwiched in the middle. The soft foam side of the ball goes on the inside and the hard plastic on the outside. This is for those that tend to snore only when sleeping on their back. The ball is designed to cause discomfort that will cause you to flip to your side when you end up on your back when sleeping. Years ago I was advised to sew a pocket on the back of a old t-shirt that would hold a tennis ball for this very purpose. I like to relax and watch TV before falling to sleep. The issue I have with this is it's uncomfortable to sit and watch TV once installed on my shirt. That means I have to change my shirt or install this device right before laying down to sleep and end up not using it.
