These "SNAIL GARDEN" artificial palm leaves are surprisingly good quality for what they are, obviously they will not fool anyone when admired up close, but they do make a nice enhancement to additional Autumn themed plants when viewed from a distance. They are pretty good value for money too, especially for the eight piece set we ordered. The only downside with the product, is the amount of manipulation required after unpacking, but with a bit of patience, and some trial and error, you can form the leaves into an attractive decoration.

Got these to attach to the music stands of our worship team, on Palm Sunday and they looked fantastic. Will be using them again. They are bendable and feel and look real. Was expecting them to be bigger, but that’s because I’m an inches girl, not a centimetre one.

In general, the quality of artificial plants has improved dramatically in recent years. At one point I would not have considered buying an artificial plant and would always have opted for a real plant. However, i got an artificial palm (a green one) a few months ago which was so attractive I changed my mind. When this plant arrived I was unsure at first. I lifted the fronds out of the box and did not think it looked terribly realistic. However, when I straightened out the stems and put them all in a pretty vase, it looked much nicer and much more realistic. It is also best to position an artificial plant a slight distance away so that you are not looking at it close up, as you will spot then that it is not real. From a short distance it is much more believable. I really liked the autumn fronds which were unusual and i had not seen anything similar before. All in all, this is an attractive plant and of course you don't have the demands of looking after a real plant.
