I have bought this bottle on repeat. I notice a marked improvement in my hair skin and nails when I use this. The pills are a little hard to swallow unfortunately, but not enough to stop me from continuing to use it.

Purchased these for a better balance of minerals as a supplement. The nice surprise was improved sleep and a noticeable uptick in an overall sense of well-being. Liked this so much I picked up a second bottle. A bit large though. I'm cutting them in half and they aren't bad as a chewable.

They are a bit difficult to swallow at times due to their size but they are not chalky nor do they have a taste.

I need the iron in here with other active ingredients to stay alive. Take with a flavored beverage as it tastes bitter. Often requires splitting the pill to swallow if my throat is tight, it is more massive than standard capsules.

Great balance of minerals, with chelation so no associated constipation. As a vegetarian, I really need the iron especially.
