It was difficult for me to find organic chickpea flour. I even tried grinding organic chickpeas in a blender, but it was time-consuming and kind of messy. I’ve been using Anthony's Organic Chickpea Flour for a few months now, and it’s become a staple in my pantry! This 2-pound bag offers fantastic quality, and the fact that it’s organic, gluten-free, and non-GMO is a huge plus. I love using chickpea flour for so many recipes, from savory flatbreads and veggie fritters to gluten-free baking and even thickening soups. The texture is incredibly fine, which makes it so easy to work with and gives a smooth consistency to everything I make. Plus, the flavor is mild and fresh, which is perfect since I don’t want it overpowering my dishes. I appreciate that Anthony’s has made this such an affordable option for organic flour, and the resealable bag is convenient for keeping it fresh. My only recommendation to the Anthony’s would make offer it in 1-pound bags for single people, like me. Whether you're gluten-free or just looking to try something new, I can’t recommend this chickpea flour enough. It’s versatile, healthy, and high quality—exactly what I was hoping for!

Great value for the money I spent on it and it’s organic aswell as having a great texture and very fresh and it’s also gluten free!

Smooth grind and does not have the strong smell that other chickpea flours have. Listed as organic and no reason to think it's not - the labeling looks like Anthony's is a high quality trustworthy supplier. This product seemed fresh and well made - I put a phone call in to the customer service number to ask where/how product is processed and also I'll ask a few questions about where the raw materials are sourced. If anything comes up as other than perfect I'll update this. For now, this product looks like exactly what I need.

It is a good substitute for wheat flour. I have been mixing it with almond flour to make keto friendly crackers. I have also used it to thicken sauces.

I've yet to open the package, but it was delivered in good shape as expected. The best by date though, only gives me 4 months from the date it arrived. So unless this is typical for the shelf life of Chickpea flour, it's a bit too soon for the quantity they sell this as and is hard to imagine I can finish 2lbs in that amount of time. On an additional note, they do not accept any returns for this product so keep that in mind when purchasing.

So delicious. I used them to make fried oyster mushrooms. They also taste good baked but can be a little salty in sweet recipes.

I use this flour in many of my baking recipes and it is a healthier option than regular flour. Above all it is gluten free and protein rich. I trust this company.
