These gelcaps are rather large but I don't have any problems swallowing them. I think the gel makes them go down easier compared to capsules. No taste and no aftertaste. I tried another brand of capsules and found them difficult to swallow, it's like they got stuck going down no matter how much water I drank. Then I would burp up a bad aftertaste. They were so bad I threw them out before finishing the bottle. Which is why I bought these. I've tried these with and without food and it doesn't matter. No bad taste or aftertaste and no problem swallowing the gelcaps. Very satisfied.

This is a plant sterol and it has helped me tremendously. I was getting up 2x per night to urinate and now I'm sleeping till 6 am, often still not HAVING to go. I started with 1nin the.morning and had some success and then added an evening one as well for the full 2/day recommended dose. Sleeping better means a better day.
